Brakes problem
1993 Dodge Shadow 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

The hose on the brake booster was knocked off. Now there is a hissing sonund in the brake pedal area when the brakes are mashed. It stops after they are mashed a couple of times. I have no brakes. Besides bleeding the brakes, should this make a difference or what can I do? I will donate if I am saticified

Hi there,

The hissing sound will be a vacuum leak at the booster, check the hose fitting into the booster this is usually plastic and it may have cracked, check this first.
