The ignition switch is located in the steering column, where the key is inserted. Although, if you are having issues with your ignition you may want to check your engine control module (ECM). They are fairly common to fail on your make and model of vehicle. It should be located next to the battery on the fender area. The ignition module is built into the ECM on this vehicle.

Hope this helped.
