1993 Dodge Shadow crankshaft/timing belt

when i turn starter on the timing belt(not broken) does not turn, crankshaft not turning or rotor not spinning under cap. So car will not start, spark etc...Do you have idea what broke to make crankshaft not to turn w/starter? karlfunn

Teeth on T-Belt shreaded off at crank pully very common to happen
