1993 Dodge Shadow compressor cycles on and off.

the a/c worked fine last year. using it for the 1st time this year the comp. cycles on and off about every 5 seconds.when its does run you can feel cold air and then warmer when it cycles off.

What you have discribed is a classic case of low refrigerant. An AC system check to determine if there is a leak needs to be done then if none charge it up.
