1993 Dodge Shadow Brake squeeling!!!

i have been researching online and getting a lot of mixed messages so im hoping here will be better basicly my brakes squeel when im pulling up to a stop sign or when going under 20mph when i am going 60 and press firmly it does no noise they seem to work the same as always should i be concered this car is 16 years old with low milage possible that brakes are seized any advise would be awesome..

Check brakes and if all OK I would remove pads clean and use synthetic grease and apply on the contact area
