1992 Dodge Shadow

Hi ,
I would like to know how to correctly check for power to the ignition coil on a 1992 Dodge Shadow. It has a 2.2 liter engine and an SBEC that uses an ASD relay. Also; is there supposed to be power on both the green w/orange stripe and grey wires going to the coil?
Thanks alot for your time and knowledge everyone!!

P.S. Is it ok to check this with a regular test light?

hi, engine cranking, both primary wires at the coil should be hot. You can use a testlite. The dark green wire with orange tracer is B+ to coil, the other wire is ground controlled by the pcm, it pulses the ground on and off.
