1992 Dodge Shadow does not get primary voltage to coil

will not start for some reason i do not get primary
voltage to coil to make it fire that feeds the distribitor
and spark plugs the check engine light reads 32

DTC 32 indicates an EGR system failure and /or EGR solenoid circuit Check for continuity on the black and gray wire between the coil and computer-if not open, the computer has a problem-it powers the coil

No power to the coil-check the wiring if okay -the computer is gone.

About the EGR it came up on the software having one-
