Electrical problem
1992 Dodge Shadow 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My turn signals both quit working at the same time. My emergency flashers still work normally. Is this a flasher problem and if so where is it located.
Thanks, Dean

Your dog knows what is wrong, he has that look about him.
There is a fuse and a flasher involved. You can try changing the turn signal fuse with another good one, and you may take the hazard flasher out and use it to test the flasher, after that check if some front or rear bulbs are working. ok Good Luck Dean, and Dean's dog too.
