1991 Dodge Shadow no power to fuel pump fuse

I ran over a major pothole the other day & my shadow died. The fuel pump isnt getting power.I checked at the fuse & no power there. Can anyone direct me from here?Ive noticed that the light under the hood isnt working also.

I put in new asrelay but still no power to fuse- now what?

The fuse is it the no.2 fuse?

Do this check for power on the coil's positive dark green and black wire and also at the injector harness-do you have it-

The car will run if I squirt starting fluid in the TB. Im assuming the coil is ok.I just dont have any power at the fuel pump fuse so no power going to the pump.I have replaced the auto shutoff relay-I dont know where to go from here!

Did you physically disonnected the fuel pump connector and checked for power

Listen to the injectors while helper cranks engine over-do you hear it clicking-meaning its pulsing injector/s opening and closing. If not it might not be getting an ignition reference signal, the computer has to know the engine is turning before it will give gas-
