1991 Dodge Shadow 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

After replacing the fuel pump and filter on our car, we still can't get it to start. I know it must be a fuel problem, what else should we check?

Check fuses, relays and inertia switch to ensure they are getting power and are not faulty.

Can you hear fuel pump kick in?
