Sons Ramcharger 5.2 liter 318 cu. in. Fouls platinum plugs after a month. Replaced all vaccum lines, replaced with Mallory High performance wires, And MSD High performance Ignition Coil. No fault codes found. Runs fine till foul out, clean plugs till fouls out again month later. Other sites show possible Idel Control Issues or Oxygen Sensor issues, but agaihn no fault codes. 318 throttle body two injectors? Am I correct. Yes you are right about o2 sensors but they usually throw a code. Not always because of less sensitive software. The injectors could be bad, the fuel pressure could be high etc....
Why not give the codes or monitor the o2 system. I can help you. This was a everyday affair with your setup. It may need many items, not just one. Any help. Anytime. Joe I was not a Ramcharger fan but I was sorry to see them go. I would have one if I was single maybe. lol
Bye Joe
