1990 Dodge Ramcharger Fuel Filler neck hose

I am trying to replace a fuel filler hose, the hose that leads from the fuel filler neck to the tank, and Chrysler/Dodge has discontinued the part number. What can I use to replace it and what are the dimensions of the hose?

The exact diameter I don't know. However, have you tried to find dealer old stock on the net? Also, try salvage yeards.
