1989 Dodge Ramcharger V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i am unable to drive my vehicl because it stalls when i press the accelorator. when the truck is parked it has a rough idle and when i remove the idle speed control it idles high.

How recent is tune plugs,wires etc. Has fuel pressure been checked? Check engine light on? Milage? any recent repairs? any info would be helpful.
