1987 Dodge Ramcharger Stuck in four wheel high.

Transmission problem
1987 Dodge Ramcharger V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

Vehicle is stuck in four high. Tried the shifting to neutral, backing up, etc., nothing seems to work. It can shift from 4H to 4L, just not back to 2wd.

Have you checked the linkage? Also, does the shifter move into the 2wd setting?
