Take the rotor off the truck, lay it on the ground with the lug nuts facing up, take a big hammer and knock the lugs out. Mine seperated when I did this but if your hub is frozen to the rotor you might need to put it in a press. The lug nuts are holding the rotor on. You can install it the same way but I tried it with a punch and hammer and there was still slack inbetween the hub and rotor, had to use the press. Good luck hope it works out for you.
