Steering vibration

I have a 96 Ram 2500 V10 Automatic Transmission. Recently when turning corners the steer wheel starts to bounce. When going straight it is fine and holds steady. It does this turning both right and left. Any ideas?

Are you hearing and clanking, or clicking when you turn? If so you may need a u-joint or two! Check you front axle! That is if it's 4X4, could also be worn front end parts! Check ball joints...
