Seems like it wants to choke on gas

2005 Dodge Ram, 89000km, 5.7 mileage
My truck has been bucking and jerking a lot lately, when you put it in gear thats when it starts to jerk once it hits a certain speed it seems to be ok. Sometimes when I back out, it stalls when I put in gear (drive) it starts right away.
I would like to know what could be the problem before I take it to a dodge dealer?

Do u have check engine light on while driving
fuel filter o2 sensor tune up
cycle key on off 3 times u can read the codes in odometer p####
