oil pressure gauge

im having trouble with my 04 ram 3500 hemi oilpres gauge in cold temps have to start truck twice for it to work. already tried resetting computer

Check the actual oil pressure by conneccting an oil mechanical pressure gauge and read off the pressure, if its under specs replace the OSU.
