exhaust manifold mounting stud

stud broke off in the head , used #2 easyout it broke off even in the stud bolt, i cant drill around the easyout enough to get ahold of it without making the holw real big what do i do.
1998 dodge ram.3500.360 engine.96,000 mls

Depending on the location of the broken stud, you have to heat the easy-out to take the temper out of it so you can drill it. You have to be extremely careful with your torch or you can do more damage than ggod. The other option is to grind the easy-out out of the stud. Deburring tool won't work because the easy-out is too hard. A dremmel with a large supply of small stones and a lot of time. Or you can replace the head.
