2008 Dodge Ram low mileage

How do I get better mileage? I am only getting 17 usage the cruise control.

Actually that is good mpg for a Dodge. Now I first need some info before I try to help with getting a little extra. I need to know what have done at this point? Have you done anything with power add ons? Have you done anything to the exhaust or air filter and air intake system or ? Have you done a power programmer or anything? Get back to me and we will see what we can do from there.
