2007 Dodge Ram Tire scraping

I have scraped the sidewall of three of my tires. Tire guy told me not to worry, but it looks like hell. Is there any product that I can coat the sidewalls with to take out the scrapes?

you might try mothers back to black. it's about $5 a bottle. keep away from the curbs
