I have a 2007 Dodge 3500 with a Cummins Diesel and when idling, oil pulsates out of the dipstick about 6 to 12 inches. I don't believe there is a lot of blow by from the blow by tube. Is this just an injector problem or more serious like blown rings or pistons or seals? Thanks.

definetely would have a crankcase pressure test done to see.

sounds like its a issue with the injectors with it behaving this way.
