2007 Dodge Ram hemi engines

I have a 2007 dodge and it has a 5.7 engine and there has been a tapping noise in it and the dealer said it is the oil relief valve making the noise and all hemis do that. I was wondering if that is true

There is a relief valve, but I'm not familiar with them all doing it.
