A/C clutch want engage. What do I need to do?

Most likely the problem is, there is not enough pressure in the system to activate A/C pump, you will have to follow your hoses until you come across a low pressure switch. It will only have two wires, take a jumper wire and jump it. that will activate the clutch. So you could put some free on in it.
