2006 Dodge Ram fan motor case

The plastic blend door on the case housing broke off and I need to pull the entire dash to get to it. I thought I had all the hardware off but still cannot get the dash board to come off.

The only recommendation I can give you is to review the repair manyal. You must have missed something. Is the dash loose?
