2006 Dodge Ram delays going in to drive

i just recently put a diablo sport predator on my 06 dodge power wagon, made it to where it would take 3-4 seconds for it would engage in gear where as before it was almost instant and when it down shifts from 3-2 gear it is like the torque converter quits locking up for about two seconds and then slams in gear. i only used the programmer for maybe 30 miles on the drive home. called the manufacturer and they said remove it and it would go back to stock, well when i put this in my truck it said truck needs updated to except the programmer so they walked me through it, after that the update wiped out my stock program from dodge and now wont go back, and the problem still exists, any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
