2006 Dodge Ram Brake Booster Woes

Dodge Ram 3500 5.9L diesel. Had my brake pedal bushing replaced and mysteriously 2 days later brake booster is hanging up & front brakes are locking. This repair required removal of steering column and brake pedal/gas pedal assembly. Could the mechanic have disturbed the brake booster during this process to the point where it would fail?

Yes, and I would recommend taking it back for them to recheck their work.
