truck runs hot all the time we changed the thermostat and it still runs hot someone told me that the first time it run hot it might have bent a value and cracked the head but it also has water coming out of the exuast pipe and now runs really bad it goes dead to

Hi:
If you are getting coolant from the exhaust and a white smoke from it, you have at least one bad head gasket. You need to have the compression checked. If you need directions, let me know. The compression check will identify where the problem is.
