Drive Train Axles Bearings problem
2005 Dodge Ram V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I had the front U-joints go out in my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500. I had them replaced, but I believe that they may not have been properly aligned. How do I fix this?

Do you have a vibration?

No. No vibration. Just having trouble with it shifting gears when in motion, sometimes. I did notice that the sliding yoke looked like it may need to be replaced. Like I said, when the U joint came apart and then put back in, I dont think that it aligned like it was supposed to be.

if the tail shaft was misaligned it would be a vibration issue, it will not affect the transmissions operation at all.
