My a/c will only cool if I am driving. It only blows warm air if I am Idling. Tried to add coolant(134a) but it seems not to be adding any. What could be causing this?

most likely due to the fact as you stated, it does not work while you are idling, you are going to have to jump the low pressure switch and make sure the AC pump clutch is activated, if not it will not take any free-on.
