I need you to check fuel pressure and pressure drop off. Here is a how to for checking. It is a video that explaines what to look for. Something tells me either you have a leak or the regulator is bad.

Fuel pressure was checked at dealer, pressure was normal and dropped 5 lbs. after 20 minutes.Dealer called Chrysler and they told him I had carbon build up which was soaking up the fuel.Sounded like B.S. so I wouldn't let them do flush.

There are many products that you can purchase to clean out carbon. You may want to try it yourself. To me, it sounds like a bad temp sensor. It tells the computer how rich to make the fuel / air mixture based on ambient and coolant temp.
