2005 Dodge Ram engine misfireing

My Dodge Ram with the Hemi engine has been running fine. No problems. I started it up the other morning and it started running rough and misfireing. The check engine light has come on. I managed to get it to my local mechanic and he put it on his machine and all it said was it detected multiple misfires. He doesn't know what to do next.
Any suggestions ??

If P0300 then check fuel pressure come cause of code
