The horn started to beep occassionally, then started blowing continuously. We pulled the fuse to stop the blowing. Now the battery has run down. The battery is new. Any idea what's wrong? Do you know what the estimated repair cost would be?

Charge the battery and when it blows, disconnect the horn pad and see if it stops. If it does, replace the airbag. Horn switch is in the air bag. IF not, the clockspring is the most likely source.
