2004 Dodge Ram getting rear rotor off

need to replace a wheel stud on drivers side rear can not get the rotor off does it have somthing to do with the emer.brake thank you

Are you able to turn the rotor? Have you tried using a rubber mallot? Here are videos and a guide to help you see how to do the job on similar vehicles, the process is the same.

can turn it and yes i did try a malott i did not know if the emer brake is making it so it wont come off or what
