2004 Dodge Ram Door Locks

I have a 2004 Ram Quad 1500. The driverside door won't unlock with remote, key or by pulling latch by hand. I have to open door by pulling handle; what's wrong and what part do I need?

Sounds like the actuator, which is the electric motor for the lock mechanism, not too hard! Pull the trim panel off ard drill out the rivet that holds the actuaor in place unplug it and replace! This link will help!
