When I turn my truck off the blower for the A/C turns itself back on 2 or 3 seconds later. what is the cause for this?

Hello, welcome to the site.

I think it is a problem with the ignition switch. With the key off, no voltage to the blower motor. The hvac controls are on the ground side of blower motor, even so, if those controls are left on, if there is no voltage to the blower motor, it won't run, even if there is a ground. If you pull fuse 36-- 10 amp in the integrated power module, that may kill the hvac system.
