2003 Dodge Ram wont shift to 4X4

Transmission problem
2003 Dodge Ram Four Wheel Drive Automatic

Veichle will not shift from 2wd to 4wd drive. slector switch is good and has a code in the tccm for internal error. check all powers and grounds they are good try replace tccm still has the same problem can you geve any advise

By "selector switch" I assume you mean the switch on the dash. Look for a vacuum switch on top of the transfer case. They used to give more trouble than anything else. If that's not the problem, hopefully there will be some replies from some transmission experts.
