2003 Dodge Ram Turns off

Hope you can help me.

My truck turns off when is on parking, also when I want to speed up, I can press the gas pedal but it won't speed up after 5 secs. or so. them it will run I took my truck to 5 mechanics already and noone finds what is wrong with it.

I have to ask you two questions. First, is the check engine light on? Second, has anyone checked the fuel pump pressure?
