I myself am very joe home owner handy with Truck Repairs but this one stumpted me.

Middle of the summer we had a cooler evening and I sent to change the Temp level in my Truck but came to realize after 20 minutes of Driving still no change. I then decided to try and change the Location the air was blowing out to the Defrost and No change again. I brought it to the Dealer and they told me it was going to be the Heater Control Module in the Dash since on that module those two things are on the same circutry. I replaced the module which was simple four screws and two wire harnesses and all done. No change same problem.

Any Ideas where to go next?

Is your problem that the air only comes out of the defrost vents or is the air cold also?

Did you get a chance to check the fuse? Not only check the fuse, use a voltage tester on the fuse circuit. Even if the fuse is good, if no voltage, the circuit is dead. Goes hot when you turn on the key.
