2003 Dodge Ram no four wheel drive

I have a light on dash saying service four wheel drive. The indicator lights on four wheel drive selector on dash are not working and four wheel drive does not work. all fuses are good and oil in transfer case is good

Have you checked the actuator on the transfer case to make sure it is getting power and it's operating?
