2003 Dodge Ram Melted fuse

I need to relocate a melted fuse to an open fuse spot. I have a fuse that is still partially melted to the terminal and I cant dig it out. I have fixed the AC fan problem causing the fuse to blow, but I dont know how to relocate the fuse spot.

If you can't take the old fuse out, you may need to purchase an inline fuse link and take the power from the fuse panel and run it through it.
