Heater problem
2003 Dodge Ram V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 80.000 miles

My heater will not switch from defrost to simply heat at the floor level. Is this feature vacuum or electricly operated?

I am having the same problem you are in my 2003 dodge. It blows straight out the vents, but will not blow out the defrost or floor. This is good for the summertime, but bites on cold mornings when i need the defroster. Were you able to find out what the problem was, if so, please share.
