blower fan does not work on any level

Hi
My heater fan, on my RAM 3500, does not work on any level. I have checked the fan motor, fuses, electrical switch panel and measured the electricity supply to the switch. The problem seems to be that there is no electrical supply to the switchboard. How do I go forward to check the circuits from there? Are there any essential units I need to check? I`m not sure what fuse it is, (I`m not familiar with the terms).

The dark green wire at the blower motor is hot all the time, with the key on. On and off, different speeds are controlled on the ground circuit. I have heard of the ignition switch connector trying to melt, because that circuit is hot all the time with key on. Something to check.

Thanks for Your early reply :) I have some additional questions.......... Which fuse is connected, could it be "#36 vistronic fan" ? Maybe a relay? Where on the car is the dark green cable to the fan, connected with electric supply? Is it a main board somwhere or is it by the ignition key?

Check fuse # 4-- 40 amp at the integrated power module, under the hood.
