2003 Dodge Ram headlight bulb replacement

i know on the ram i have to remove the housing but after i remove the screws i cant figure out how to remove the last safty holding the housing in

I'm not sure if im reading you right, but if i am you dont have to take the housing out at all. i have a 2003 also. on the back of the housing the bulb as a plasic nut holding it in. unscrew the nut and unplug the the bulb. simple
