2003 Dodge Ram Changing the universals and pinion seal on t

I have been having a high pitch noise and some vibration on my dodge truck. It seems to be around the centre of the truck. The only thing I can think of, is the universal and pinion seal on the driveshaft.
How would I change them? I have a dodge ram 1500 with a 5.7 L engine 4 wheel drive. Can you help me?

A pinion seal won't cause a vibration. Check the universal joints for play and let me know what you find.
