Why does my 2003 dodge ram 150 van right rear wheel smoke? Is anyone aware of a problem? I have it at a dealer and they can't figure it out?

If it's under warranty, keep taking it back.
Make sure you keep all documentation.
If you take it in 3 or 4 times with no results for the same problem, you have a case under the Lemon Laws!
