2002 Dodge Ram uses water

engine overheated. replaced water pump and thermostat. replaced fan clutch. using water but has no visible leaks. engine seems to run fine

If there are no visible leaks, then a couple things could be happening. First, check the oil to make sure it isn't combining with the motor oil. Next, have you ever noticed white smoke from the exhaust?
