2002 Dodge Ram tailights

My tailights wont go off, I have tried making sure dome lights and other lights off pulling fuses and nothing workes except pulling the battery positive off.

Pulse the brake pedal, do they go out? If you pull fuse 34--10 amp located at the integrated power module, under the hood, that should kill the tail lamps.

You may need to check for applicable trouble codes? The headlamp switch sends a signal to the instrument cluster, the instrument cxluster sends a signal to the integrated power module. On request, the module grounds the parklamp relay. That relay sends voltage to the tail lamps.
