The reader I have is bi-directional and gives live data. Here is what I have found: a misfire on cylinder 4 code keeps popping, the RPM's keep jumping, and from the reader I found that my spark plug advance keeps jumping from 6 - 30.
I have already: changed out the IAC valve, spark plugs, and the boot/coil unit for that cylinder. The problem is still there.
I am thinking that whatever controls that spark plug advance is my problem. I don't know if there is control module or what.
