2002 Dodge Ram 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My engine overheated in my ram 1500 (2002). after that my check engine light came on and briefly flashed. code P0302 showed up

P0302-Misfire on #2 cylinder.
Check spark plug,compression and injector on #2 cylinder.
